Fraud Issues with your Debit Card After Regular Banking Hours
If you suspect fraud or your debit card has been blocked due to suspected fraud and it is after regular banking hours, please call 1-866-508-2693. Fraud issues might include a block on your card due to suspected fraud/unusual usage or if you suspect your card was compromised. If these issues arise during regular banking hours, please contact us at our number above.

Blocked Merchants and Countries for Debit Card Transactions
There are business and/or countries that, for security reasons, debit card transactions have been blocked. This means your debit card will not work with these merchants and/or in these countries. If you are traveling or doing business outside of the United States of America, please contact us at 606-593-5151 so we can update your card access.

Notice about PIN-Only transactions
Please note that, based on security concerns, from time to time, PIN-Only debit card transactions may be allowed in certain areas or with certain merchants. These limitations change as security risks increase and decrease. Your debit card will still work but you will need your PIN number to process the transaction.
